2. What data do we collect and for what purposes?
Form no. 1: Participate
Data collected: email address
Purpose: to contact you to present the service or keep you informed of its development
Form no. 2: Contact/Suggestions
Data collected: your last name, your first name, your organization, the link to your LinkedIn page (optional), your email address, your job title, how you heard about CO-OP ev, your message (optional)
Purpose: to respond to your requests, collect your feedback, suggestions or questions
3. What is the legal basis for processing?
The processing of your data is based on:
- Your explicit consent for the ‘Participate’ form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
- Our legitimate interest in responding to your messages via the contact form (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR), or your consent where relevant.
4. How long is your data stored for?
- Email addresses from the ‘Participate’ form are kept for up to 12 months after the launch of the service, or until you request their deletion.
- Messages sent via the contact form are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last interaction, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Who has access to your data?
The data is only accessible:
- To our internal team, for the purposes of managing responses and developing the service.
- To our technical service providers, if necessary (hosting, form tool or emailing), in accordance with confidentiality and security rules.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
6. Where is your data stored?
The data collected via our forms is stored and processed securely by our service provider Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a service provided by Sendinblue SAS, whose headquarters are located in France.
Brevo hosts data exclusively in data centres located in the European Union and applies strict security and GDPR compliance measures.
Brevo acts as a processor and only processes your data on our instructions, in accordance with confidentiality and applicable legislation.
7. What are your rights?
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data
- Right of rectification or updating
- Right of erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time
- Right to restriction or objection to processing
